Shocking Mouse
As I write this, my fingers are still tingling from experimenting with my fake computer mouse. The makers of this product got the voltage dose absolutely right. The strength of the shock sends a jolt up your arm and you can feel the electrons run through your body. I don't know if the current just happens to run exceptionally strong in mine or what, but I'm almost amazed that it's legal.
Of course on the outside packaging, the
manufacturer warns not to try this joke on anyone with a
known medical condition or for those over the age of 60.
Holy Shit does it shock you! Whenever I or any of my friends
have "tested" the mouse out by shocking ourselves we always
drop or throw it down, even though we know what's coming
next, because the shock is so strong.
I have only been able to get a few people
with this gag because the mouse does look a little outdated
for the types of mice used in offices. However if you had
this mouse sitting at home and asked someone to check something
out on your computer, I don't think you would have too much
of a problem pulling one over on them. I have mulled over
taking the mouse apart and converting it to a newer mouse
but haven't done so to date. The shocking mouse may be a
little pricey, but if you can get even a few people to fall
for this gag, I say it is money well spent.
