This gag involves cutting out either personal ads or 900 number hotline ads for your friend's significant other to find. In newspapers in larger cities, there is usually a section of sensual personal ads for adults seeking to engage in what some term deviant behaviors. In alternative newspapers there are also 900 phone number ads listing call lines for sexual related fantasy services. What if you were to begin leaving some of these clipped out ads at your friend's apartment, in the hopes that his girlfriend or family would find them? I used to cut out gay and bisexual personal ads, similar to the one below, and leave them at my friend's house for his girlfriend to find.

Just make sure to ask your friend after a few weeks what happened to the ads. If his girlfriend did find any ads before him and they are about to break up over them you can explain to her what you did, unless of course you hate her and then you've finally found a way to get rid of her.
